Daiou-in is generally not open to the public, but during special viewing periods, it is open for public visits.

Additionally, visits can be arranged through reservations for special experiences.

Daiou-in holds special viewings twice a year.

During these periods, visitors can come without a reservation.

Entrance Fee : Adults:¥700 /

Students Elementary to High School):¥400 /
Children under school age: Free

The head priest will personally guide you through the temple and invite you to a special experience. In this fully reservation-based visit, you can spend time in a tranquil space, immersed in history and the teachings of Zen. You will have the opportunity to experience authentic cultural heritage. 

Please make a reservation for your visit time and apply through ‘Wabunka.’
